In a Team Account, users with an employee role will have a very similar interface.

Video guide

In this video, I walk you through how to view the times you've tracked using our system.

There are two main ways to do this: through the Time sheets tab, where you can filter by week, month, pay period, or a custom range, and through the Projects tab, which allows you to see entries for specific projects.

I also highlight that you can view summaries for different time periods, including daily and monthly reports.

Please take a moment to explore these features and familiarize yourself with how to access your tracked time effectively.

0:00 Okay, welcome back. So we're going to talk about how to view the times that you've tracked. Uh, there's a couple ways.

0:08 Uh, first way is through the timesheet tab. Timesheet tab here. It'll list your times for a certain time period. By default, it'll be, uh, in the monthly tab or maybe the weekly tab.

0:24 But if you select up here, you can change the time period that it's showing view. We've got week, month, pay period, or just custom.

0:34 Here I can change it to get times for the whole, you know, past year. And it'll also include your flat fee items, uh, times from different projects, basically everything you've tracked.

0:50 If you go into the projects tab, this is the second way to view your track times or track entries as a whole, because it includes flat fee too, is go into projects.

1:00 From the projects tab, you can basically filter to specific projects. Uh, for example, here I can say, all right, we're client one, project one, show me everything I got, but it'll take you to a pay period, or you can view it by week.

1:14 Here I've only got stuff in this one week, but if I had more entries, let's say, if we do this, do an entry for this random week here, it'll provide a summary by week or by pay period or custom date range that you define.

1:33 And when you go in there, it'll show you the entries for that project for this time period that you've selected.

1:43 I think the other way to see a summary. There's a couple of ways. One is in PAN card you have a pay grade earnings, a day total, and in an overview you have a bit of a report for day, week, last month, and this month.

2:01 And I think that covers every, every way of, uh, every way you have of seeing your track times on an individual way.
