This video guide is relevant to Individual accounts.
If you are the owner of a Team account, who has purchased a subscription on the mobile app, the process will be virtually the same as shown in the video guide bellow. However if you purchased your subscription online through the web app, use this link to manage your subscription.
Video guide
In this video, I walk you through the process of canceling your subscription if the app isn't working out for you.
To cancel, simply go to your settings tab in the app, find the billing section, and manage your subscription from there.
If you need a refund, remember that it has to be handled through Google Play or the Apple App Store, as we have limited control over that.
If you cancel shortly after renewing, you may be eligible for an automatic refund, especially on Google Play.
I encourage you to reach out if you have any issues or questions about this process.

0:00 Okay, so let's say you've used the app, you've gone through, you've tested things out, and it's still not working out for you.
0:08 Uh, today I want to talk about how you can cancel your subscription. To cancel, it's very straightforward. On the app, all billing is done through the app stores.
0:20 On Android, it's Google Play. On iOS, it's Apple App Store. And you would need to just go into your settings tab, go almost all the way down to the bottom until you find billing.
0:34 You can also just search for billing and here you can see manage You hit manage subscription, it'll take you to the relevant place, see the subscriptions that you have and go in and either cancel it or update it or do whatever you want to do with it, basically.
0:52 If you want to ask for a refund, that will again be managed through Google or Apple. Especially on Apple, we don't really have a lot of control on issuing refunds, it just have to be done fully through Apple support.
1:14 If you want to ask for a refund on Google I think if you let's say you have an annual subscription and it renews and it's only been like a day or something and you're like, oh, I never meant to subscribe.
1:28 I think if you cancel within some amount of time, they would give you a refund automatically. That doesn't happen on Google Play, you can message us and we can issue a refund as well.
1:40 I mean, the whole idea of a subscription is to reduce the costs, not to, you know, sneakily take, not to sneakily charge you.
1:48 So, yeah, if you're like, hey, I didn't want to use this, it was an accident or whatever, that suggests we're pretty open to offering refunds.
1:57 No questions asked. I mean, obviously we want to know why. Happened, but generally no questions asked sort of policy. Our goal is to help you out, not to just randomly charge you.
